Kids in Art Museums: Why We Take our Kids to Places You Wouldn’t Expect

by nichole | Mar 3, 2020 | Adventures, Responsibly Brave, Roadtrip Renegades

I am a staunch believer in bringing my children. Whether that is an art museum, a fine dining experience, a hiking trail, or a camping trip. Why we bring them. It was easy when they were babies. Little nurslings that I could tuck in a carrier and go on about our...

Welcome to our shenanigans.

Nichole is mama to two incredible adventurers, an older boy and a younger girl, and they are on their eighth year of homeschooling. She has been married to Ryan for sixteen years and they share a mutual love for the outdoors. An Iowan native now living in the south, she is happy to claim Arkansas as home. She is a wanderlust (and coffee) fueled, fearless, road tripper who has been known to take off for epic adventures at a moments notice. Hiking and camping (of the backpacking variety) and crystal digging are a few of their favorite family activities. You can find her in the woods somewhere, probably up a creek, and jumping off waterfalls. Nichole is also on the Executive Team for Run Wild My Child, where she is the Editor of the Get Out Guides.
